About Coté

Hi! I’m Coté, a Chilean-American visual strategist and facilitator based in Chicago.

I combine organizational psychology, UX research, and design thinking to help teams find clarity, joy, and purpose in their work together.

I fell in love with visual thinking during my years as an innovator. I saw its power to supercharge effective collaboration while I was helping get initiatives off the ground in the business and non profit sectors. Drawing ideas helps people better explain their thinking to each other, moving their work together forward in enjoyable and effective ways. It truly is like magic.
